He’s a friend, father, and local law enforcement officer in Southern Oregon.  He served in the Navy and was deployed three times to Afghanistan and Iraq.  Not only did he respond to the mass shooting at U.C.C. he almost lost his life this year on the job here in Southern Oregon.

#016 Ashley Main

She’s my morning show co-host (and Program Director) on Q100.3!  We talked for almost two hours about everything from anxiety, the danger of prescription pills, life changing surgery, success, life, our relationship, and much more.

#015 Jesse Skidmore

Jesse and his family lost their house, business, and more in the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA.  He talked about what it was like to lose everything, how they found Grants Pass, dirt track racing, and how they’re doing now.

#014 My 3 year old son Preston

My 3 year old son Preston hopped up in the chair and put the headphones on so I hit record.  I didn’t edit this at all.  We go inside the mind of a 3 year old.  And there is a hint about an upcoming guest.

#013 My Grandpa Andy Owens Sr.

He worked in the woods, had half of his foot cut off in a mill accident, helped build part of Interstate 5, lost his son in a tragic accident, built a successful trucking company from the ground up, and much much more!

She was superstar track athlete at North Valley High School before accepting a full ride scholarship from Oregon State.  Find out why she ended up at the University of Oregon and how that led to bobsledding.  Could a trip to the Olympics be in her future?
